  • Without Shipping Insurance: If your order is lost, damaged, or arrives without contents, we are unable to send a free replacement.
  • With Shipping Insurance: For just $1.00 per 50 balls, we’ll fully cover your shipment. If anything happens to your Bark Balls in the mail, we’ll send you a brand-new order at no additional cost.
